These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 121spares service and website. By visiting the 121spares website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

When you place an order via our website (www.121spares.co.uk) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

 

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and checkout totals include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase.

 

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

 

We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

 

V. A. T: UK Value Added Tax is included in the price.

 

Prices: Prices charged will be those displayed on the payment screen.

 

Non Delivery, lost in transit: Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to us or by e-mail to sales@121spares.co.uk. Please quote your order reference number when contacting us. Standard 1st Class Delivery may take up to 5 working days, if this time has expired and you have not received your goods please contact us at sales@121spares.co.uk

 

Out of Stock: In the event any remote is temporarily out of stock your order will automatically go onto Back Order, 121spares will contact you the purchaser by e-mail to see if you would like to stay on Back Order or if you would like to cancel your order. You must confirm your intensions by return e-mail or telephone.

 

Damages or Short Delivery: Damages and/or shortages must be reported immediately to us in writing or by e-mail to sales@121spares.co.uk within 7 days.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Item does not function: Please contact us at sales@121spares.co.uk or call us as we may be able to diagnose and resolve any problems you may be experiencing.

 

7 Day Cooling off Period: By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order for any item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

 

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send the package to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Please ensure that you enclose a note which includes your order reference number, name, address and state that you wish to return the goods within 7 days of receipt.

 

Once we receive the returned goods in acceptable condition, we will refund the full purchase price for that item. We will not refund your cost in returning the goods to us.

 

Please note that if we do not receive returned goods or they arrive in an unacceptable condition, we will be unable to offer a refund.

 

Goods cannot be returned if they have been damaged by the consumer, this includes damage caused by battery leakage, being dropped, scratched, spillages and all packaging must be intact.

 

The company reserves the right to deduct a fee of 30% of the total transaction for any returns made within this cancellation period for goods which conforms to the contract and which satisfy the implied terms contained under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. This charge will cover the direct cost incurred by the company for restocking of goods.

 

Goods which do not conform with the contract or the implied terms contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979 will be replaced or their price refunded in full

 

Specification: PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO ORDERING The customer is completely responsible for making sure the goods ordered are entirely appropriate for the use they are intended, making sure the correct model is ordered for the equipment it is to be used with, The specifications and descriptions of goods on this site are supplied by the relevant manufacturers and are correct to the best of 121spares knowledge at the time of the site going live.

There will be a 30% charge incurred by the customer if a part or accessory which has been returned is not found to be faulty or incorrect in any way. If the customer has incorrectly ordered a part by giving the wrong model details this will apply. This also applies if the customers own equipment is found to be faulty. The 30% will be deducted from any refunds issued to cover the dispatch and restocking process incurred by ourselves. This does not affect your statutory rights.
